TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE:

1. LEGAL ENTITY AND ACCEPTANCE This website is operated by OPELES International LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Florida, USA. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. NATURE OF SERVICE OPELES International LLC facilitates the sale and logistics of tires and automotive accessories from manufacturers in China to the Country of Destination designated by the Customer.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• The Customer is responsible for any bank fees or exchange rate differences applied by their financial institution when paying from the Country of Destination.

4. IMPORTATION AND CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITIES

• Importer of Record: The Customer acts as the importer of record in the Country of Destination and is solely responsible for complying with local laws.

• Taxes and Duties: All import taxes, VAT, port fees, and customs clearance expenses in the Country of Destination are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms are agreed upon in writing.

• Regulatory Compliance: It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the products (tires and accessories) comply with local technical and safety regulations.

5. SHIPPING AND TRANSFER OF RISK The transfer of risk is governed by the Incoterms 2020 specified in the commercial invoice. OPELES International LLC is not liable for loss or damage once the goods have been delivered to the carrier or port according to the applied Incoterm. Delivery times are estimates only.

6. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Products are provided "AS IS". OPELES International LLC’s liability is strictly limited to product replacement or refund of the purchase price in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

• We are not liable for indirect damages, accidents, or failures resulting from incorrect installation or improper use of the products.
